Maternal Mental Health Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide individual and group therapy in perinatal period using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain a clinical caseload of 25-35 clients based on program needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Support screening, intake, and assessment for timely access to care.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis management and stabilization as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• PMH-C certification strongly preferred; or substantial postpartum mental health experience.
• Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist.
• Minimum of two years post-license experience in behavioral health, IOP or PHP.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency with EHRs, Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce.
