Provide individual and group therapy for perinatal clients using evidence-based approaches.
Maintain clinical caseload of 25-35 clients.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
Support screening, intake, and assessment to ensure timely access to care.
Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines for coordinated care.
Provide crisis management and stabilization as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Master’s in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
CA licensure: LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/licensed psychologist.
PMH-C certification preferred; postpartum mental health exp acceptable.
2+ years post-license in behavioral health, IOP, or PHP.
Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
Proficient with EHR, Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce.
