Maternal Mental Health Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide individual and group perinatal therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain a clinical caseload of 25-35 clients.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines for coordinated care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary MMH rounds for case discussions.
• Develop and deliver internal education on perinatal mental health.
• Represent the MMH program at internal and external events.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• PMH-C certification strongly preferred; or significant perinatal experience.
• Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Licensed Psychologist.
• Minimum of two years post-license experience in behavioral health, IOP or PHP.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency with EHR, Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce.
