Maternal Mental Health Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide individual and group therapy to perinatal clients using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain a caseload of 25–35 clients depending on program needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Support screening, intake, and assessment to ensure timely access to care.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines for coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis management and stabilization as needed.

Program Collaboration and Development

• Participate in interdisciplinary MMH program rounds, contributing to case discussions, treatment planning, and program development.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address trends, barriers, and opportunities for program growth.

Education and Outreach

• Develop and deliver internal education on perinatal and reproductive mental health.
• Create and present client-facing education, workshops, or support groups for community engagement.
• Represent the MMH program at internal and external events.
• Serve as an advocate for maternal mental health within and outside the organization.
