Maternal Mental Health Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide individual and group therapy to perinatal clients using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain a clinical caseload of 25-35 clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely, compliant documentation.
• Support screening, intake, and assessment for timely access to care.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis management and stabilization as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist.
• Minimum of two years post-license experience in behavioral health, IOP or PHP.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, Zoom, Google Suite, Dayforce.
• Background or strong interest in perinatal mental health.
• PMH-C required by hire or within 3 months; exam and course fee reimbursed.
