Maternal Mental Health Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide individual and group therapy for perinatal clients.
• Maintain a clinical caseload of 25-35 clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Support screening, intake, and assessment for timely access to care.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines for coordinated care.
• Participate in MMH rounds and development discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• CA licensure as LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Licensed Psychologist.
• Minimum two years post-license experience in behavioral health, IOP or PHP.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency with EHRs, Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce.
• PMH-C required at hire or within 3 months.
