- Bachelorβs degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years in materials processing or characterization, with sample prep and contamination control.
- Experience operating DSC, TGA, rheometers, SEM/EDS, microscopy.
- Experience in production-support or high-volume testing.
- Ability to write clear SOPs and follow complex procedures with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with engineers and cross-functional teams.
