Partner with engineering to bring online wafer fab lines (slicing, cleaning, inspection)
Drive equipment commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Perform wafer processing tasks (ingot cropping, slicing, cleaning, surface conditioning)
Execute DOEs to optimize silicon recycling and reduce contamination
Test supplier materials for contamination and performance
Characterize wafers and ensure lab equipment is calibrated

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years in semiconductor wafer manufacturing or cleanroom operations
5+ years in silicon wafer manufacturing focusing on slicing, cleaning, defects, contamination control, and surface chemistry
Experience with wafer characterization: ICP-MS, GDMS, XRT, SEM/TEM, FTIR, resistivity mapping, PL lifetime
Ability to follow complex procedures and safety requirements; strong attention to detail
Strong communication with engineering and cross-functional teams
