Partner with engineering to bring online silicon ingot/wafer fab lines.
Drive equipment setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Prepare materials for crystal growth (raw materials, seeds, hot zone).
Execute DOEs/trials for seeding, recipe optimization, thermal management, impurities, defects.
Characterize ingot/wafer; maintain/calibrate lab equipment.
Maintain EHS and 5S standards; cleanroom practices.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years in silicon crystal growth/semiconductor manufacturing.
Experience handling hazardous chemicals safely; willing to shift/overtime.
STEM degree (Bachelor's or Associate).
5+ years in silicon crystal growth manufacturing.
Characterization tech: ICP-MS, GDMS, XRT, SEM/TEM, FTIR.
