Partner with engineering to bring online silicon wafer fab development lines.
Drive equipment commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Perform wafer processing tasks (crop, slice, clean, conditioning) for high-reliability wafers.
Execute DOEs to optimize silicon recycling and minimize contamination.
Test supplier materials (slurries, wires, chemicals) for contamination and performance.
Perform wafer characterization; ensure lab equipment is maintained.

🎯 Requirements

HS diploma or equivalent.
5+ years in semiconductor wafer manufacturing/cleanroom.
1+ years handling hazardous chemicals safely.
Bachelor's or associate degree in STEM (preferred).
7+ years in silicon wafer manufacturing; defect and contamination focus.
Experience with wafer characterization techniques (ICP-MS, SEM/TEM, FTIR).
