Operate lab/test frames or characterization instruments to support material development
Report material test data (UTS, YS, Modulus) and analysis
Conduct mechanical tests (tensile, fatigue, compression) or thermal imaging
Maintain lab equipment, calibration, safety, and cleanliness
Assist in lab improvements and day-to-day test requests
Promote 5S and organize a tidy workspace

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1+ years of hands-on materials testing in a lab
Basic materials science fundamentals
Strong computer skills: MS Office and JIRA
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication
Ability to read and follow test specifications
