Maintain safe, organized lab operations and inventory control.
Support maintenance and calibration of lab instrumentation.
Ensure proper and consistent sample preparation and traceability for materials testing.
Calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot lab equipment (DSC, DMA, TGA, TMA).
Prepare reports on materials test data and flag outliers for review.
Develop, author, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of materials testing in a lab.
Associate degree in applied science or 2+ years lab exp.
Knowledge of safe work practices with furnaces, solvents, acids/bases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Atlassian JIRA, and work orders.
Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
