🎯 Requirements

Detail oriented and well organized
Must have good hands-on skills and experience
Familiarity with mechanical testing
Experience building and testing composite parts with wet-layup, autoclave cures, or oven cures
Experience using test equipment such as a load frames, analytical lab equipment, and microscopes
Experience using manual or CNC machining equipment
