🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in materials science/engineering/textiles; Master’s/PhD preferred.
- 4+ years in aerospace or textiles materials development.
- Multidisciplinary in plastics, fabrics, composites, natural fibers.
- Experience selecting/qualifying materials for extreme environments.
- Familiarity with NASA/ESA/MIL/ASTM aerospace standards.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and first-principles problem solving.
