- Bachelor's degree in materials engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of materials engineering experience.
- Experience with tribological coatings, sheet/plate processing, casting, forging, welding, and heat treating.
- Master's degree or PhD in materials engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of aerospace metals: nickel-based alloys, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium.
- Understanding of non-destructive testing for fracture and fatigue.
