📋 Description

• Provide materials and process support for propulsion and valve systems.
• Improve manufacturing reliability through material and process development.
• Develop physical, mechanical, and thermal properties for materials.
• Improve processes and materials through characterization and development.
• Collaborate daily with additive, design reliability, and manufacturing teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in materials engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in a materials engineering role.
• 1+ year in LPBF, casting, forging, brazing, diffusion bonding, welding, or heat treating.
• MS or PhD in materials engineering (preferred).
• Mechanical testing knowledge: fracture and fatigue.
• Failure analysis with FTIR, SEM, and metallography.
