🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in materials engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years in a materials engineering role.
  • 1+ year in LPBF, casting, forging, brazing, diffusion bonding, welding, or heat treating.
  • MS or PhD in materials engineering (preferred).
  • Mechanical testing knowledge: fracture and fatigue.
  • Failure analysis with FTIR, SEM, and metallography.
