π― Requirements

- 1+ year in LPBF, casting, forging, brazing, diffusion bonding, welding, or heat treating.
- MS or PhD in materials engineering (preferred).
- Mechanical testing knowledge: fracture and fatigue.
- Failure analysis with FTIR, SEM, and metallography.
