🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in materials engineering or related field
- 3+ years in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or high-rate production
- Strong background in New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Proficiency in metallics, ceramics, polymers, and composites
- Experience scaling production and driving cost reduction
- Experience with materials evaluation techniques (optical microscopy, SEM, EDS, FTIR, DSC, TGA)
