- Overnight shift: 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM at Nashville AV depot.
- Manage on-site inventory for critical AV components, consumables, and spare parts.
- Execute partner inventory system transactions (SAP) including receipts and usage.
- Coordinate procurement and expedite critical orders to prevent downtime.
- Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy; perform cycle counts and full counts.
- Protect proprietary components with strict security and chain-of-custody.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years inventory management or supply chain experience (auto or fleet)
- SAP/ERP experience including inventory transactions, cycle counting, and reporting
- Strong attention to detail; 98%+ inventory accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; forklift experience/certification
- Willing to work overnight and 24/7 readiness
- Experience with securing high-value/sensitive inventory
