Use CAD software to design and modify parts; implement CNC programs (G-code) for test coupons.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate machining equipment per aerospace standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into machining solutions.
Develop and enforce standardized machine shop workflows and hand-offs.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years machining experience with CNC lathes, mills, or EDM.
Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating machines.
Experience using inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, dial indicators.
Ability to read and verify drawings and specs with precision tools.
Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
