Material Yard Handler

📋 Description

• Check trucks in and inspect shipments arriving at Dis-Tran Steel.
• Record inventory in the ERP system and perform audits as needed.
• Move, store, and issue inventory to plant locations.
• Provide parts to the production floor on time to hit delivery goals.
• Lead shipping of production parts, materials, and supplies.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years manufacturing experience; 5+ preferred.
• Strong knowledge of shipping processes and procedures.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• ERP experience, specifically Epicor, preferred.
• Forklift certification or moving machinery experience preferred.
• Regular, reliable attendance required.
