Material Program Manager

📋 Description

• Supply chain tier management: CTB analysis and visibility into materials supply across tiers.
• Allocation strategy and reconciliation: data-driven allocations across constrained environments.
• Non-standard process and inventory oversight: manage consigned inventory and shipments.
• Excess and Obsolete (E&O) risk management: identify risks and mitigation planning.
• Financial reporting and analytics: dashboards and cross-organizational PO cost tracking.
• Cross-functional alignment: coordinate with Demand Planning to optimize allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in supply chain, materials management, or operations (semiconductor/PCBA/contract manufacturing).
• Experience managing consigned inventory, broker relationships, and multi-party PO coordination.
• Proficiency in CTB analysis, materials planning, and supply/demand modeling.
• Strong background in financial reporting and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Accounting.
• Experience developing allocation strategies in constrained environments across programs.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate E&O and EOL risks at scale.
