Material Handler I

📋 Description

• Process accurate PO receipts in ERP system.
• Support Sample Receiving processes.
• Kan-Ban distribution of stock to Point of Use locations throughout labs.
• Tag and label incoming stock items; put-away.
• Maintain incoming/outgoing shipment logs; reconcile PO and packing slips with Finance.
• Prepare outbound shipments, domestic and international; coordinate with carriers.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in Material Management biotech, life sciences or pharma.
• Comfortable in a small startup environment; adaptable to all levels of the organization.
• Customer-focused self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with domestic and international shipping and documentation requirements.
• ERP and LIMS systems experience; NetSuite knowledge a plus.
• Valid California Driver’s License; forklift experience.
