Material Handler

📋 Description

• Providing departments with materials at point of use based on work orders.
• Accurately recording weights and tote counts of cannabis products received or shipped.
• Follow FIFO to ensure shelf-life quality of perishable stock.
• Shredding plant waste per Illinois Department of Agriculture regulations.
• Assist with grow media removal after harvests.
• Operate shredding equipment to dispose of plant waste.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year (2-3 preferred) hands-on factory/manufacturing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must operate forklift/lift trucks and obtain certification.
• Ability to work outside in cold/hot environments.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the United States.
