Material Flow Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement material flow strategies from receipt to lineside.
• Use value stream mapping to optimize end-to-end processes.
• Create factory and warehouse layouts to meet inventory targets and maximum density.
• Develop materials management resource plans using lean principles and time studies.
• Plan packaging and rack flow with vendors and internal teams for targets.
• Analyze data with Excel, Tableau, and SQL to improve flow metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in material flow engineering solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership driving projects in an industrial setting.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis.
• AutoCAD or similar for layouts; experience with material handling equipment.
