Build and maintain relationships with clients and school teams
Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers to support students
Document interventions and progress toward goals
Collect behavior data per client behavior plan
Provide training to help students acquire and maintain skills

🎯 Requirements

RBT Certification
1 year RBT experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities
Degree: Associate or Bachelor's OR 48 credits incl. Math100/Eng100 or ParaPro
