- Work directly with students in the classroom following the established service plan.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams; respect the values of clients and families.
- Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers to support the student in the classroom.
- Document interventions and progress towards goals.
- Collect behavior data as specified in the client behavior plan.
- Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help the student acquire skills and meet identified goals.
🎯 Requirements
- RBT Certified.
- One-year RBT experience required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
- Degree or credits: Associate/Bachelor OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100 OR ParaPro Praxis.
