Master Scheduler, Avionics Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule for avionics.
• Align avionics schedules with Haven-1 milestones.
• Partner with Materials/Procurement to ensure materials are available for scheduled runs.
• Track hardware readiness and required documentation for builds and handoffs.
• Identify and escalate scheduling conflicts such as material shortages or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing teams to align priorities and resource allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of production planning, scheduling, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for planning.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication.
• Proficient in Excel and scheduling/tracking tools for data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
