Master's Fall Machine Learning Internship (ATG - Visual Search)

📋 Description

• Develop and launch ML features using CV and generative AI for Pinterest.
• Work on production ML systems: infra, training, inference, data.
• Prototype AI tools and agents to accelerate engineering.
• Validate outputs via tests and reviews; ensure security and maintainability.
• Deploy features to hundreds of millions of users; collaborate with teams.
• 12-week internship, remote or hybrid in SF, Palo Alto, Seattle, or NY.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Computer Vision, Visual Search, Generative AI, and LLMs.
• Eligible to work full-time Sep–Dec 2026 (US/Canada).
• Master's student in CS/ML/NLP/Statistics or related field.
• Proficient in Java, C++, or Python and one ML framework (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Strong AI-native engineering skills; agent-first codebases.
• Highly autonomous; strong communicator and team player.
