Master NDE Inspector

📋 Description

• Collaborate with UT specialists and NDE engineers on feasibility studies, PODs, and qualifications.
• Develop, document, and publish part-specific Ultrasonic inspection techniques for complex hardware.
• Evaluate digital UT/PAUT data files for quality and accept/reject criteria.
• Develop and publish part-specific NDE techniques for various complex parts.
• In-depth comprehension and application of NDE inspection plans and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Level II or III Certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) in aerospace or nuclear setting.
• Proof of NDE classroom training and NAS 410 or SNT-TC-1A certificates.
• Minimum of 10 years total NDE experience; 5 in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering work instructions and drawings.
• Experience creating Part-Specific Techniques.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
