🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years aerospace mechanical experience.
- Experience in fast-paced production with flight hardware.
- Skills: fastener torque, secondary retention, testing, bonding.
- Avionics familiarity and propulsion systems knowledge.
- Strong communication with engineering and production.
- Proficient with hand and pneumatic tools and calibrated devices.
- Able to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
- FAA A&P license is a nice-to-have.
