Master Data Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end master data lifecycle across supply chain domains (Item, Vendors, Location)
• Govern data practices and chair the Data Governance Council
• Own creation and governance of master data across systems
• Collaborate with IT and business to ensure data accuracy and fit for purpose
• Partner with Procurement, Logistics, Finance to resolve data issues
• Support data projects (ERP upgrades, migrations) as the master data lead

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years in master data management or governance in supply chain
• Deep expertise in materials/items, vendors, customers, BOMs, plant/storage, and logistics data
• ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle NetSuite) and MDM tools (Informatica, SAP MDG, Stibo)
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DGI) and data standards
• Excellent communication and facilitation; present data concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience supporting data projects and leading data stewardship programs
