  • Own Masabiโ€™s global customer training strategy, learning paths and delivery standards
  • Create bilingual French/English training content for technical and non-technical users
  • Develop self-serve learning via an LMS with modular and microlearning content
  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions for varied user groups
  • Enable internal teams and customers via train-the-trainer program
  • Track effectiveness and feedback to improve training

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience designing and delivering training for SaaS/enterprise software
  • Strong instructional design with manuals, videos, e-learning and microlearning
  • Experience implementing and managing LMS platforms for scalable learning paths
  • Comfortable delivering train-the-trainer programs
  • Organized, proactive and adaptable; can operate independently
