🎯 Requirements
- Independent Maryland licensure as LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist.
- 2+ years post-licensure experience with adults.
- Experience with healthcare professionals, mental health workers, or first responders.
- Availability at least 10-15 hours per week.
- Comfortable using video platforms, EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with PHQ-9, GAD-7 and other measures.
