Resource Planner

📋 Description

• Develop short, medium, and long-term forecasts and capacity models.
• Analyze historical data, trends, seasonality, and drivers to predict demand.
• Build capacity models for staffing requirements, hiring timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and propose data-driven improvements.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, and Leadership to align plans with demand.
• Model the impact of new products, processes, or marketing on workload and headcount.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Workforce Management or Capacity & Forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable plans.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; Looker, BigQuery, SQL.
• Experience with WFM systems (Assembled a plus).
• Excellent communication across multiple teams and time zones.
• Strong understanding of contact centre planning principles.
