About You

You’re a hands-on Performance channel expert with significant Paid Social experience, who has managed complex accounts in-house, without reliance on agency partnerships. You boast a demonstrable track record of scaling and optimising performance.

You have proven experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) performance channels in-house, owning budgets, strategies and results. You combine commercial acumen with the ability to deliver results at pace.

You work confidently with cross-functional teams including data, product, agencies and platform partners, ensuring alignment with our growth priorities. You’re passionate about performance and paid social and operate at the forefront of channel and industry innovation and best practice, ensuring we’re always best in class.

Having full accountability for channel outcomes, you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly and you’ll be comfortable making decisions in ambiguity.

Experience in regulated industries, in particular Financial Services is an advantage, as is a proven ability to navigate complex compliance requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Own Paid Social channel performance from strategy to execution

  • Allocate budgets across full funnel campaigns to drive efficiency

  • Develop integrated full-funnel campaign strategies across awareness, prospecting and retargeting

  • Actively collaborate with data and product peers to enhance the performance of your channels and the customers experience

  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief creatives based on performance and audience insights

  • Run lift tests and experiments to measure incrementality of Paid Social campaigns

  • Identify cross-channel opportunities and share insights on audience and creative

  • Confidently forecast channel level performance

  • Report to stakeholders, translating performance into business outcomes

Skills

  • Hands-on Execution - Demonstrates a strong command of paid social campaign operations. Oversees campaign health across multiple platforms, ensuring pacing, delivery, and performance are on track. Comfortable delegating campaign build and QA tasks to team members while maintaining ultimate accountability for accuracy and quality. Balances strategic oversight with the ability to get “hands-on” when needed, particularly during launches or troubleshooting.

  • Analytical Skills - Uses data to tell compelling stories and inform decisions. Conducts deep dives into campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Proficient in data visualisation and analytics tools (e.g. Looker, GA) to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights. Comfortable working with large datasets and translating analysis into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Forecasting and Planning - Develops accurate channel forecasts and budget plans aligned with business objectives and commercial cycles. Understands how to model performance based on historical data, seasonality, and market trends. Able to set realistic targets, optimise spend allocation across campaigns, and track progress against forecasts. Brings structure to planning processes to ensure teams can deliver against business growth goals.

  • Technical Background - Demonstrates a solid technical understanding of paid social ecosystems. Capable of diagnosing and resolving tracking, data, and audience issues, including pixel implementation, UTM structure, and conversion API setup. Ensures all campaigns are set up correctly, compliant with platform requirements, and accurately measured. Can work effectively with engineering, analytics, or third-party partners to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Tactics & Optimisation - Builds and executes structured creative and audience testing roadmaps. Identifies scalable tactics to drive efficiency and growth across Facebook and Instagram. Comfortable experimenting with new formats, targeting options, and bid strategies, while applying a disciplined approach to testing. Optimises campaigns continuously to achieve performance targets, balancing short-term wins with long-term learning agendas.

  • Channel Strategy - Designs full-funnel paid social strategies that integrate with broader marketing plans. Understands how to drive reach, engagement, and conversion across different campaign objectives. Evaluates campaign performance not only on immediate ROAS or CPA, but also on profitability, scalability, and contribution to the wider marketing mix. Aligns channel strategy with brand positioning and audience insights.

  • Wider Business Context - Aligns paid social budgets and activity with overall commercial goals and cycles. Understands how paid social performance impacts wider business metrics, including revenue, margin, and customer lifetime value. Works closely with finance, product, and other marketing teams to ensure plans are well integrated and support company priorities. Acts as a strategic partner, not just a channel specialist.

Our Process

We break it up into 4 stages:

  • Initial call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team (40 mins)

  • A past-experience interview (60 mins)

  • A skill-based/technical interview (60 mins)

  • A culture interview to check that your work style fits our processes and values (60 mins)

We’ll let you know if you’re invited to an interview or not. But, as a small team with a lot of applications to consider, we can’t give individual feedback on each application
