Marqeta is seeking a results-driven Leadership Development and Talent Management Senior Manager to design, lead, and scale leadership development programs and talent management strategies across the organization. This role partners with executives and HR to build leadership capability, drive succession planning, and create a high-performing leadership pipeline to support Marqeta’s growth.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage global leadership development programs and coaching initiatives.
Lead succession planning processes, talent reviews, and leadership pipeline development.
Partner with executives and HR to identify leadership gaps and design targeted development solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive learning experiences, coaching, and organizational development initiatives.
Measure program effectiveness, ROI, and impact; manage budgets and vendor relationships.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership development and talent management practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development; experience in a high-growth tech environment is a plus.
Strong facilitation, coaching, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable programs.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Experience with learning management systems and talent management tools.
