📋 Description

• Support cross-market initiatives and strategic market expansion across Europe.
• Analyze markets, benchmark competitors, and assess commercial performance.
• Develop short- and long-term forecasts and planning frameworks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Brand, Product, Finance, and Supply teams.
• OKR tracking, growth initiatives, partnerships, and campaign analyses.
• Own regional initiatives and build market expertise over time.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in market analysis, business analytics, or demand planning in ecommerce.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc).
• Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, forecasting, and competitor analysis.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights or business cases.
• Interest in sustainability and circular economy.
