- Own day-to-day operations of Deel’s app resale and marketplace.
- Maintain partner/app listings: positioning, pricing, service model, and coverage.
- Ensure marketplace is the trusted single source of truth for GTM and customers.
- Enable app resale motions; manage license provisioning, transfers, and renewals.
- Enforce partner quality/tier standards; optimize lead flow and monetization KPIs.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Product Partnerships, and GTM teams to improve marketplace UX and adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–6 years in B2B marketplace, partner, ecosystem, or GTM ops.
- Experience with resale, licensing, procurement workflows, or partner programs.
- Strong execution across data integrity, process design, and cross-functional work.
- Understanding of B2B software such as HRIS, ATS, security, finance, productivity.
- Define/enforce quality/tier standards; revenue-sharing and tracking.
- Bonus: marketplace and app store operations experience.
