2–4 years in ops/consulting/tech with outcomes.
Proven ability to drive results from ambiguity.
Highly analytical; comfortable with spreadsheets and metrics.
Experience building dashboards with Looker/Tableau.
Proactive; identifies gaps and acts.
Experience with contingent/hybrid workforces and automation.
