📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end projects, from initial research through development, with stakeholders
• Identify and address pain points for partners/sellers with cross-functional teams
• Lead projects by defining requirements and prioritizing seller needs to improve experience
• Regularly track KPIs and plan improvements to drive growth
• Stay updated on e-commerce best practices; boost seller engagement
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear criteria
• Develop and maintain Seller Lifecycle guidelines and procedures
• Generate innovative project ideas and conduct pre-analysis for initiatives
• Design optimal seller and customer experiences within marketplace processes
• Analyze results to inform product direction and strategy
• Collaborate as part of a data-driven, multifunctional team

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital experience, project management, or process development; product management experience is a plus
• Experienced in agile working environment and project iteration culture
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Having business judgement and good instincts while working closely with technology teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify and resolve seller problems
• Results-oriented, well-organized, autonomous and efficient
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Data-driven decision-making: Proactive and curious, with a passion for exploring detail and using data to drive clarity and decision-making
• Strong communication skills: Able to convey complex ideas in a simple and impactful way
• Collaborative approach: Builds effective relationships at all levels, valuing diverse perspectives
