  • Turn ambiguous problems into clear paths by defining scope and presenting options.
  • Partner across marketing and tech to keep backend systems reliable and adaptable.
  • Build robust, well-documented infrastructure to support iterative changes.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Ops, or a tech-oriented ops role, building and owning systems.
  • Fluency in SQL; navigate and interrogate large datasets independently.
  • Hands-on AI automations using APIs, LLMs, or no-code/low-code tools.
  • Strong systems thinking; question design choices and potential break points.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve novel problems without a playbook.
  • End-to-end ownership: post-launch monitoring, debugging, and improvement.
