  • Establish templates, QA processes in Marketo, Customer.io, SFDC.
  • Own SFDC Campaign object: status, naming conventions, data hygiene.
  • Build, test, and launch campaigns end-to-end; optimize speed and quality.
  • Manage deliverability, sender reputation and GDPR compliance.
  • Debug MQL/MQA routing; ensure correct handoffs to sales.
  • Liaise with EMEA SDRs on MQL/MQA performance.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing operations at a high-growth SaaS.
  • Deep knowledge of Marketo, Customer.io, Salesforce; built programs and routing.
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle: MQL, routing, attribution, funnel.
  • Cross-functional with Sales, SDRs, Demand Gen, RevOps.
  • Familiar with email deliverability best practices and GDPR.
  • Analytical mindset; monitor data, diagnose issues, improve processes.
  • Track record of building scalable operational processes.
  • Experience in a high-growth company across multiple timezones.
  • Willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
