Deep knowledge of Marketo, Customer.io, and Salesforce.
Strong understanding of MQL, lead routing, attribution, and funnel.
Cross-functional work with Sales, SDRs, Demand Gen, and RevOps.
Familiar with email deliverability and GDPR/privacy.
Analytical mindset to monitor performance and improve processes.
