  • Build templates, QA, deliverability, and campaign architecture.

  • Debug MQL/MQA issues from creation to sales handoff.

  • Partner with APAC Marketing, SDRs, Sales, and partners across countries.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing operations at a high-growth SaaS.

  • Deep knowledge of Marketo, Customer.io, and Salesforce.

  • Strong understanding of MQL, lead routing, attribution, and funnel.

  • Cross-functional work with Sales, SDRs, Demand Gen, and RevOps.

  • Familiar with email deliverability and GDPR/privacy.

  • Analytical mindset to monitor performance and improve processes.
