  • Build and maintain the marketing system of record: hub for programs, calendars, vendors, and key docs.
  • Design and operate the marketing content supply chain: intake, tracking, workflows, and distribution.
  • Partner with program management and occasionally lead cross-functional programs; track milestones.
  • AI-first automations to accelerate high-frequency ops tasks and reporting.
  • Be the operational engine ensuring plans get executed and the team stays coordinated.
  • Hybrid role based out of Oakland or Denver offices.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–7 years in strategy & operations, program management, or chief-of-staff-adjacent role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • AI builder with automations/workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, or similar.
  • Systems thinker who designs scalable systems of record, templates, naming conventions, and docs.
  • Google Workspace power user: advanced Sheets (Apps Script), Slides, Docs; capable of structuring workspace.
  • Strong program management instincts; manage multiple initiatives and dependencies.
  • Curiosity and agency β€” self-starter who thrives in ambiguity.
  • Experience with Jira, Asana, Height or similar marketing PM tools.
  • Bonus: familiarity with modern data stack (Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake) or data/analytics industry.
