  • Campaign Ownership: Own the full development and execution of integrated B2B demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Manage the content funnel for the B2B market, including writing and editing impactful blog posts and creating high-value collateral like case studies and whitepapers to support the sales cycle.
  • Events & Field Marketing: Plan, execute, and measure the success of online and offline events to generate high-quality leads and increase brand presence.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Design and implement targeted ABM strategies in collaboration with the Sales team to penetrate key accounts and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Performance Tracking: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives, focusing on key metrics like conversion rates, CPL, and pipeline contribution.
  • Budget Management & Sales Alignment: Own and manage the B2B marketing budget, and collaborate with the Sales team (SDRs and AEs) to ensure lead quality, smooth handoffs, and consistent messaging.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • You're native in Korean and possess Business-level English to collaborate with our global team.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on lead/demand generation and 2+ years B2B marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the Korean B2B landscape, audience, and verticals.
  • Proven ability to create compelling B2B content: blog posts, whitepapers, and developing persuasive case studies.
  • Experience planning and executing online and offline B2B events.
  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing LinkedIn Ads campaigns and managing B2B social media (LinkedIn).
