📋 Description

• Lead proposal materials across all stages and set the visual theme.
• Collaborate with BMBD and Client Leaders to shape pursuit strategies.
• Create resumes, portfolios, presentations, and collateral per brand templates.
• Take ownership of collateral and content for the Mumbai office.
• Provide marketing research to inform market and office strategies.
• Lead local marketing activities (sponsorships, events) to boost visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing/communications experience.
• Experience in marketing for professional services; international design firms preferred.
• Architecture/engineering/construction industry experience is a plus.
• Strong writing, editing, and design skills; deadline-driven.
• Proficiency with InDesign, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce and Deltek.
