π― Requirements
- 4-6+ years in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or GTM Ops in a B2B SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce preferred), and Clay.
- Hands-on experience with lead routing, lead scoring, campaign attribution, and list management.
- Comfortable across SDR, Demand Gen, Field Marketing, PMM; juggling priorities.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven; bias toward repeatable, scalable workflows.
- Strong analytical skills; able to pull data, build reports, and translate findings.
