  • Own SDR and Marketing reporting and analytics.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain SDR workflows (prospecting, sequencing, follow-up).
  • Manage event lead uploads and post-event data processing.
  • Own lead routing and scoring logic; refine rules for fast, accurate distribution.
  • Build enrichment/outreach workflows in Clay for prospecting and scoring.
  • Identify and execute process improvements across SDR, Demand Gen, ABM.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or GTM Ops in a B2B SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce preferred), and Clay.
  • Hands-on experience with lead routing, lead scoring, campaign attribution, and list management.
  • Comfortable across SDR, Demand Gen, Field Marketing, PMM; juggling priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven; bias toward repeatable, scalable workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to pull data, build reports, and translate findings.
