  • Direct ownership of planning, execution and outcomes for demand generation campaigns.
  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns for acquisition, activation, retention, expansion.
  • Collaborate across teams; align execution to product goals; blend PLG and sales motions.
  • Partner with product/marketing leaders to drive cross-functional customer journeys.
  • Measure full funnel performance and adjust execution to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize program ROI.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years in product-led growth, growth marketing, GTM alignment, digital marketing, or demand program management in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-quarter programs with technical and go-to-market work streams
  • Strong understanding of PLG principles and how to operationalize PLG motions
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration across the customer journey
  • Bonus: cybersecurity or B2B software background; Bonus: experience with demand gen tech, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools
