Marketing Production Design Intern (Digital and Print)

📋 Description

• Customize templated marketing emails using Figma
• Create client-specific flyers, digital ads, and mail pieces
• Update logos, employer names, disclaimers, and approved copy
• Resize assets for different placements and formats
• Prepare print-ready PDFs and vendor production files
• Track requests in Jira and respond to tickets

🎯 Requirements

• Current student or recent grad in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
• Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe CC tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience editing or creating layouts using Figma or Adobe CC
• Strong attention to detail with logos, disclaimers, and client info
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable tracking work in Jira
