  • Own and evolve the end-to-end marketing and revenue tech ecosystem.
  • Architect and maintain integrations and data pipelines across Marketo, Salesforce, and enrichment tools.
  • Advance AI applications using OpenAI and Claude across marketing ops, automating workflows.
  • Design and optimize lead lifecycle infrastructure: routing, scoring, enrichment, segmentation.
  • Operationalize lifecycle and demand programs at scale with cross-channel activation.
  • Build and maintain attribution, experimentation, and reporting frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or related roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to configure, troubleshoot, document, and optimize complex integrations and data flows.
  • Hands-on experience with Looker, Hex, Fivetran, Census.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, attribution methodologies, tracking design, and data hygiene practices.
  • Proficiency in API integrations, tagging strategies, and data validation workflows.
